Dan and Lawrence Beeson were employed by us to undertake a building project in Rarotonga – we had decided to build a beach house, but because of the unstable ground and cyclone risk, we knew we had to have a home that was engineered and built to exacting requirements. We decided to employ the Beeson Brothers as we had used them on a previous job some years earlier, and knew their work to be of a very high standard. We had also enjoyed an easy working relationship with them.

Their work on this very difficult project was excellent, and carried out within the estimated time frame. Due to visa permit restrictions, Dan and Lawrence were only able to complete the most important aspects of the build – foundations, framework, roofing, bracing – and because of their excellent work, this made it possible for our home to be finished to meet those exacting standards. We could not be happier with the outcome.

Dan and Lawrence have been my builders of choice over the past 18 months. During this time, they have successfully completed four high-quality brick and tile homes on a residential development that I am project managing in Te Awamutu. They are fully conversant and knowledgeable in ‘best trade practice’ in the many facets of the Building Industry – from Building Code requirements, to correct use of building materials.
