Design
Interior design is about creating beautiful homes that reflect their owners and tell their story. It’s my job to keep up with interior design trends – it’s your job to show me what you like.
Your home is your biggest asset. It protects you from the outside world, cocoons you from the elements and provides you with a safe haven in which to live your life.
Your home should reflect you and your family. Let it tell your story from the moment you step through the door. From the style of your entry hall to your bedroom, your home should be a journey of rooms that give you pleasure to be in.
Whether you are building, renovating or just refreshing a room, we will help make your interior design decisions easy. As residential interior design specialists, it is our job to know what is available for your home – from flooring to door handles, we can quickly filter choices down to just a few for you to choose from.
We will bring you peace of mind with a colour consult to ensure your home reflects who you are, and the colours you love. Our goal for your home is for it to be a timeless space that brings you peace and serenity. We create custom design solutions for your biggest investment.
Are you confident enough to make your own choices but would like a professional to ‘run their eye over’ your plans to make sure you will realise your vision? – you can bring us in for a couple of hours to give you peace of mind.
When you are ready to add the finishing touches to you home, we are experts at sourcing special pieces of furniture, art and accessories just for you.

Staging
Staging
Home staging is the process of presenting a seller’s home as attractively as possible. Staging a house for sale requires thoughtful furniture installation and placement to give a buyer an understanding of how to use a space, or how to best arrange their own furnishings. Staged homes sell for 6% more on average.
Our interior designer and stylist, Belinda Brown, will transform your empty or partly furnished property into a home that looks both luxurious and lived in. Our home staging results entice buyers with the style and sophistication that feels just within their reach. The effect will be a unique custom installation, personalised to complement and enhance the property’s distinct features. Home staging is an instant language that needs to say as much as possible during the limited duration of an Open Home.
Our services include vacant staging, for a completely empty house, and partial staging, where we style using furniture already in the house and add extra pieces as required. How you present your home for sale is imperative, especially today when human contacts are so quick.
Home staging is a strategic marketing tool designed to show a property in its best light.
Why should you use home staging when selling your house?
√ staged homes spend half the time on the market than un-staged homes
√ staged homes frequently sell for more than the asking price
√ the longer a house is on the market, the further the price drops
√ vacant houses take twice as long to sell as furnished ones
√ online photos stand out – 90% of buyers start their search online
People don’t buy the cheapest option, they buy the option that represents the most value. If they can spend 10% more than what they were considering because they love the house, that can be another $20,000, $30,000, or even $300,000 on your sale price.
