Concept Design

Bespoke homes will provide a concept floorplan, elevation and site plan. To provide this detail we usually require a current contour map, certificate of title, septic design or Geotech.

Acceptance of preliminary concepts and costings

The initial deposit is included in the cost of the home and is non-refundable. The deposit covers the cost of Surveyor contour plans, Draughting Geotech, Surveyor Mark out and Septic/Stormwater design (if required).

Proceed to working drawings

A sign off of preliminary plans are provided before working drawings can proceed. Once working drawings have been completed submission will then follow.

Resource Consent application

If Resource Consent is required, we can provide a consultant to assist with the information required for lodgement.

The Build

Once building consent is granted construction can begin. Our project manager will formulate a schedule and work in with all suppliers and contractors to ensure that your build runs to schedule. Our team will work with you throughout the build process, this includes scheduled fortnightly site meetings.

Handover

Before the required final inspection for Code of Compliance we will ensure the house meets The Bespoke Homes Quality Assurance process. A final walkthrough with you before handing over the keys to your brand new home.
