1- Consultation: 

During the initial consultation, we establish what our client needs, their preferences, style, and any specific requirements they have for the project. This helps us understand their vision and ensures that we can create a design that reflects their personality and meets their expectations. Here, we can also define the budget, the scope of the renovation project and rough time line. A quote will be send out and concept development will commence once quote is accepted and deposit is paid.

2- Concept Development

Once we have gathered all the necessary information from the consultation, our team starts working on developing the design concept. We brainstorm and create mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to give our clients a clear idea of what the final design will look like. We consider various elements such as color schemes, furniture layouts, materials, and finishes to create a cohesive and visually appealing concept.

3- Design Presentation

After the concept development stage, we organize a design presentation meeting with our clients. We present our design ideas, including the mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations. This allows our clients to visualize how their space will look once the design is implemented. We explain the rationale behind our choices and address any questions or concerns our clients may have. This is an interactive session where we encourage open communication and feedback from our clients.

4- Design Refinement

Based on the feedback received during the design presentation, we refine and make adjustments to the design concept.
