I became Brad the Builder after spending over a decade building for larger companies around Dunedin. Over time, I learnt that communication between the client and the front-line builders makes life easier for both sides. There’s nothing like taking someones idea, guiding them through the journey, and joining them to turn it into a reality.

I specialise in residential carpentry, small to medium renovations, and any home maintenance work. I can guide you through the building process, and like to keep in regular contact with my clients along the journey so you can track how your build is progressing.

As a client, working directly with the builder makes the process less stressful and gives you more control over your vision.
