Brogan Builders led by Masterbuilder Grant Eager, built an architecturally designed 4 bedroom beach front beach house over a period of twelve months.  The design was complex and the fit out was to a high standard.  During this period Grant worked closely with the architect and kept us informed as owners.  He showed the ability to listen and make helpful and often cost saving suggestions.
The project proceeded in a timely way while still meeting our expectations on quality.  Brogans managed the sub-contractors well with all their work completed to the high standard required.

From the first days of excavation through to this time, some three months after completion, we have nothing but the highest respect and admiration for the commitment that your company devoted to our project.
Through the 10 months of the building exercise you strived for the utmost in perfection. It was quickly recognised by Carol and myself that you identified the 'feel and theme' of the house and were able to visualise outside the square for us to achieve that theme. The many suggestions and changes that were made were always well received and passionately embraced.
A hallmark of our new house is the comment that we receive from passers-by and neighbours who talk openly and sincerely of the tidiness of the site throughout the building process. Their extremely high standard of workmanship is now on display for all to see.
In my position in business, I hear many accounts of the plight suffered by many people at the hands of builders and trades people. It is a credit to you that every tradesman that you brought on site was a mirror of the skill and professionalism of your team. Each and every sub trade was another cog in an exceptionally well oiled machine.
I would like to also acknowledge and thank Leigh for the exceptional tabulating and presentation of the accounts. With the many changes we made it would have been easy for this to turn into an accounting nightmare. Leigh made it easy for us with clear and concise detailing of all the variations.
