Build Brilliant

Established in 2020, Build Brilliant is an all-round construction company; specialising in shop fitouts and high-end residential renovations, reconfigurations and new builds. 

Director Louis Lu has more than 10 years’ experience in the construction industry and brings that focus to bear on every project. With a 20-man team and it’s own joinery factory, Build Brilliant is equally comfortable taking a lead role on projects, often working as the main contractor, or working as a part of the sub-contractor team on bigger commercial projects. 

Recent commercial projects include delivering multiple shop fitouts within the $1b Commercial Bay complex as well as within the $700m Westfield Newmarket refurbishment. Residential work includes whole-home renovations, reconfiguration of single-family homes into multi-unit dwellings and the completion of new homes within some of Auckland’s latest subdivisions. 

Build Brilliant is based in Auckland, where much of its work is carried out, but has completed projects across New Zealand and is experienced in tendering for projects at the design phase.
