Builders Blueprint was founded by Thomas Karanikolaou, who started as a builder and worked his way up as a project manager for another construction company. In a self-seeking industry that was centred around profit as its motive, Thomas wanted to change the standard and bring back the focus on the core players of the industry- its people.
