Why Choose Us
Project Management
At C+ Projects we offer a wide range of project management services. Our services are flexible and follow a structured approach, engaging all relevant stakeholders early in the project. We create a roadmap developing key strategies for addressing potential uncertainties, and with project checklists, we ensure everything gets surveyed. If you are contemplating beginning a new project and are not too sure how to go about it.
Having us by your side will give you the confidence of having a reliable and experienced foreman looking after the interior and exterior lining as well as the painting and carpentry. We have the capability to improvise your program and costing by aiming for conformity with your design, avoiding omission items and material waste.
Combined Trades Works
Our Vision at C+ Projects is to reconfigure the traditional way projects are handled and built by combining Lining, Painting, and Carpentry under one contract. This will provide an additional layer of accountability reducing unnecessary complications between trades and disputes.
Our vision is to combine trades in the client’s favour. Lining, painting and carpentry are mutually dependent, having the power of combining those three trades under one subcontractor will ensure the minimisation of issues and delays on site.
Certification and Safety
C+ Projects works in accordance with all Australian Standards and BCA clauses. We have a long history with reliable suppliers and ensure the products used in your build are certified and dependable. All our team members have been extensively trained in the correct installation methods according to supplier instructions.
At C Plus Projects we have a zero-harm initiative and are committed to the safety of all team members. We believe that a clean site is also a safe site and always insist on a high degree of tidiness.
