Cadence & Co have managed our renovation, including full new kitchen, from first brief, to final trade. Hi. We used Cadence in 21/22 to do a major refurbishment at our house. This was not an easy job with Covid, rain and the potential for supply issues at the start of the project - something all Sydney projects faced at that time. Charges and billings were transparent. We paid a small fee to get a detailed quote done at the start. We were hesitant at the beginning on how realistic it was going to be but it proved to be an honest estimate. We had allocated a budget and the last thing we wanted was a blowout.
