Genuine Customer ServiceI sent a message through the website enquiring about a bathroom exhaust fan,heater, on a Sunday and received a response on early on the Monday.
Since then, I have called the office a few times. The person who answered was very polite and obliging and because of the great customer service, I have since placed an order, via the Website.

Recommended Lighting and Electrical StoreAfter buying initially 7 ceiling fans and I was looking to buy 2 bedside lamps. I found them cheaper elsewhere. Lighting Illusions have a price beat service so I contacted them and they offered the price. I have found them very professional and easy to deal with.

Thank you - We have been to several Lighting Illusions shops in Brisbane and always been happy with their service. However, we recently purchased a light at the Skygate shop (near the Brisbane airport) and the staff there were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and so helpful. They rang several other shops to find the light we wanted but when it was unavailable, they took down their display light, checked it thoroughly, packed it well, and even carried it out to the car for us. Unexpectedly wonderful service.
