We built our first home with Sheena, Matt and the team from Callavate Homes 9 months ago.

It was such wonderful experience working alongside Sheena and Matt to achieve our dream home that has been in the making for 13 years.

From the moment we met and discussed our ideas to the end of our build nothing was ever a problem.

They made our build process seamless and effortless which was a huge undertaking considering we were dealing with our first lockdown for covid -19.

Sheena was always in contact and consistently went the extra mile to make sure that we got our vision for our home achieved.

I initially engaged Callavate as a first-time property investor, to build and a sell spec house and generate a lucrative return within a short timeframe. Matt and Sheena were amazing at finding the perfect subdivision fit and opportunity and managed the entire process for me so I could continue with my career as a Contract Milker (Dairy Farmer).

It was fantastic knowing that while I was working, I had a property investment being project managed in the background. After three months from the start of the build, the turnkey house was sold within one week of completion, by multi-offer. The sales were all managed by Callavate and I didn't need to lift a finger.

Matt and Sheena made the entire process seamless and gave me the option to be involved at different stages if I wanted to be. I was so confident with their experience, advice and dedication that I trusted them, and are very pleased with the results. No request was ever too much and Sheena worked seamlessly from; concept planning assisting with selection of fixtures, fittings and colours…to even being part of the hands on team, on moving in day! 

The estimated built time was accurate, the quality impeccable and finish meticulous! Thus exhibiting that all tradesmen took pride in their craft.
