GRAEME AINLEY
Founder
Graeme was the Founder and Director of Cellstruct Building Group from 1988 until his passing in early 2020. He was a highly qualified, experienced, and respected civil and structural engineer, come Registered Commercial and Residential Builder.

Graeme worked tirelessly for 3 decades to create the foundations for a strong performing building company, that is proud of the work it creates.

Outside of Cellstruct, Graeme was an avid yachtsman, achieving lifetime membership of Sandringham Yacht Club. His son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Emily Ainley, now proudly and firmly stand at the helm of CBG.

MARK AINLEY
Registered Builder & Director
Mark has worked in the family business in many different roles since he was 15 years old. Started out as a labourer on site during school holidays, through to Project Manager, Business Manager and now the company RBP and Director, all the while completing his Bachelor of Business and Marketing, and Cert 4 in Building and Construction.

Mark rebranded the company in 2015, developed the company's Safety and Quality philosophy QSTRIPE, and is continually looking for new systems and procedures to improve efficiencies and operations within the ever-changing construction industry.

Client service and communication are at the top of Marks's priority list when planning a successful building project. He works and lives by a saying that a mentor once told him “You can’t go wrong, doing the right thing”

Outside of Cellstruct, Mark is a diehard sports fan and a wonderful father to his 3 daughters.

EMILY AINLEY
Business Operations Manager
Emily has a Business Marketing Degree and successfully owned her own small business prior to joining Mark at Cellstruct in 2015. As a business owner, Emily won numerous industry awards for business and employment excellence. At Cellstruct Emily lives and breathes QSTRIPE and works to ensure all CBG team members do too. With a large focus on streamlining systems and procedures, Emily also spends time on the company’s marketing and sales.

Outside of Cellstruct, Emily is a mother to her and Marks's 3 daughters and enjoys keeping fit and healthy.
