Centennial Trade Services were engaged to carry out the various fire upgrades to our building in December 2014. Fire safety upgrade works involved the installation of (43) new fire doors, door hardware, installation of new balustrades and fire-rated carpets to all common areas.

The project was delivered on time and within the original budget constraints and works were carried out in a prompt and professional manner ensuring that the property was left in a clean and tidy condition each day.

We have been associated with Centennial Trade Services for more than 7 years and have successfully completed a number of projects together.

The working relationship with Kevin has at all times been professional. He and his team are consistent and reliable and provide a very high standard of workmanship, hence the reason for our multiple projects with Centennial Trade Services.

Our Strata Managers recommended CTS to us when we had to do a half-million-dollar fire safety upgrade.

[CTS] worked very well with me to minimise the impact on the residents as we worked floor by floor throughout the building installing new fire doors in every apartment with exact copies of the original architraves and skirting board mouldings that Kevin had sourced.

The finished result is excellent and the custom-made cabinetry in the lobby which houses the fire panel and communications equipment is a triumph that looks like it has been there since 1936 which is what we had hoped for.
