I felt from the very beginning that you really cared about this home for us and that stood out massively. Also, going to your mid builds and talking to the other owners (that have built with you) , all of them rated you guys so highly that was probably the big thing that convinced us.

We really think (high performance) is the way to build in New Zealand. You guys have all the knowledge, all the know-how, and we’re left with no doubt that this is what you specialise in. You did such a good job!

The passion from the building team is just outstanding. I got the feeling they thought it was their house too. They took real personal pride in it, so it was quite special. I will miss it really, the connection with the guys. A real family unit, dare I say it!

We chose Chatterton Builders because they clearly had long term expertise, 10 years, of building exactly the type of house that we were interested in. We did look around and spoke to other builders but (Chattertons) did absolutely stand out in terms of experience and working with SIPs panels. We wanted somebody who really knew what they were doing and had clearly done many successful houses ….was a major bonus.
