They offered assistance when needed while giving us the freedom to explore the showroom — and what a showroom it is! With such a vast range of styles and high-quality products, it was genuinely hard to make a decision. After spending the past two days visiting other Auckland bathroom showrooms, we can confidently say Elite should be your first stop. You won’t be disappointed.

They took so much of the stress out of our bathroom renovation project, helping us in store to select the right products that were within our budget, and then supporting with multiple edits to the order over email as we kept changing our minds - even offering suggestions for how we could keep the overall look consistent. The consultant thought of things I never would have, and the bathroom will look a lot better as a result.

We have just moved into our new home and we honestly would have saved ourselves so much time and frustration if we just came to Elite first. We are in love with our end result and every step of the way with Elite and in particular Seanney has been enjoyable and to be honest probably the part of our build I will remember most. We were in there so often and I used to fully expect them to be sick of seeing us or hearing from us but Seanney continually made us feel welcome even though we changed our minds 100 times. Seanney never stopped going above and beyond to get us the result that we wanted and I cannot thank you enough for that. She is an absolute Rockstar, not only is she friendly but she has excellent product knowledge too. The product selection is by far the best, there’s no other showroom that even comes close and their prices are super competitive also. Bodella helped us a few times when Seanney was not available and she was fantastic too. You guys have a great team.
