Cunningham Custom Homes

Cunningham Custom Homes is more than just a construction company. We understand the significance of a home, and we treat your project with the same care and attention as if it were our own. We take your unique vision and turn your ideas into your HOME, transforming your aspirations into reality.

This is the Cunningham Custom Homes Difference

FLEXIBILITY THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS

We are flexible throughout the whole process, from design to completion. We listen to your ideas and requests. We believe in good, clear and open communication throughout the project, keeping you informed every step of the way.

TRANSPARENT COSTINGS

We provide you with detailed, itemised quotes at the completion of the design stage, prior to DA approval. In this way, you will know the costs prior to committing to the costs involved in the approval. We understand the importance of sticking to timelines and budgets.

IN-HOUSE CRAFTSMANSHIP

At Cunningham Custom Homes we employ our own in-house team of carpenters. Our carpenters have been with us for years and we know the quality of their work. Using our in-house team, allows us to control the quality of every aspect of build, from the ground up.

TONY CUNNINGHAM’S PERSONAL OVERSIGHT

Every aspect of the build is overseen by Tony Cunningham. Strict quality control is adhered throughout the build, as well as in the subsequent weeks, prior to handover. In these weeks, Tony thoroughly evaluates each property, to ensure that the highest quality standards are guaranteed at hand-over.

PERSONALISED HANDOVER

Furthermore, each and every home is personally handed over by Tony Cunningham.
