We wanted to do our ensuite & main bathroom and were not sure where to start. We had put this project off for a couple of years.  I finally searched the Internet and found Design Haus, where we made an appointment to meet Brittany.  We were initially going to go with basic concepts, but once we met Brittany we felt so comfortable and relaxed, we knew we were in the right hands.  
Brittany listened to our brief and came back with some great designs and suggestions of products and fixtures to use.  It saved us so much time in not having to go through the hundreds of different bathroom brochures and to all the different suppliers.  We soon were able to work out what products we wanted and go directly to the shops to look at each item.   
We have been so impressed with Brittany's professionalism and knowledge she gave us throughout the project.  We always felt we were her top priority, which I am sure she does with all of her clients.  Nothing was ever a problem for Brittany.
After our designs were complete, Design Haus referred us to their recommended Project manager to implement the project. He has a great team of contractors who were all extremely good and professional.  They have done a fantastic job of implementing the work.
One highlight that we must mention is Brittany's suggestion for feature lighting, something we could not imagine but we went ahead as we trusted Brittany's judgement.  This lighting has taken our bathrooms into another league!  We now have 2 beautiful bathrooms which we are completely over the moon with.  We definitely all got it right. 
We have no hesitations at all to recommend Brittany and Natalija – what a team!

Design Haus were recommended to us. They are excellent designers to work with and Brittany Hunt was able to guide us and show us how we could best use the small space we had for our bathroom. Brittany came up with a range of options and was extremely capable and flexible to our needs. Design delivery was prompt, comprehensive and Design Haus went the extra mile to ensure we were happy.
Design Haus’ recommended Project Manager was excellent. He and his team completed work quickly and let us know if there was going to be any delays. He personally checked the work done by his team of tradesmen and went over and above to ensure that everything was done to a very high standard, including checking the windows in the other rooms that were all installed together by his team.
We are thoroughly pleased with both Design Haus and their recommended Project Manager’s work and we hope they will be available for more work that we have planned in the future.

Brittany was a pleasure to work with for our family bathroom renovation. Throughout the entire process her professionalism and knowledge was invaluable. Having never renovated major areas in a home, I was very worried about renovating my bathroom and ensuite.  A good friend of mine recommended Design Haus to me, and wow I could not have received better assistance!  Brittany listened to all my needs and requirements, and provided me with great ideas of what would work and what would not.  Brittany is an excellent communicator and provided plans that were very clear and easy to follow.

From the first time we met Brittany in our home we knew we could work with her on this project, as we immediately felt very relaxed with her and with her approach to gathering our brief and asking the right questions.  Brittany then produced a set of design options which really helped crystallise all issues for us. This made our ultimate choices so much easier to make.  She guided us in this process with very sensible suggestions and comments about what would be expensive to do and what would not.  She involved us every step of the way and at no time did we ever feel pressured by her.  Brittany is a total professional!

Once the renovation started it became clear that our original desire to retain our wooden floor in the bathroom was not going to be possible, meaning we then had to choose appropriate floor tiles.  We referred back to Brittany for help, who was immediately forthcoming and recommendations made to us - all just part of Brittany's original service, which was very much appreciated.
The service we received from Design Haus’ recommended Project Manager and his very able team of contractors was extremely good.  Even with the additional work relating to getting the floor level for tiling flowed smoothly. The recommended Project Manager has a high personal drive to make sure his clients are going to be very happy with the end result.  All the contractors he uses have a similar high personal drive to do a great job, without exception.
So it’s a really big thank you to Design Haus for designing our bathroom and facilitating such a successful outcome for us.

The whole process of designing our bathroom was made easy, as Brittany was very thorough and really listened to what we wanted. Brittany came up with a range of design layouts including some we hadn’t considered. In the end we went with a design we hadn’t considered and we couldn’t be happier.
The bathroom is fabulous and better than we had anticipated.
