Direct Control was the designer of our KNX system for lighting control and automation in a significant residential new build.  They managed the design, implementation, post-implementation education, as well as providing fine tuning of the system.  We had previously had lighting and automation systems via cBus and Control 4, so we understood the capabilities of those systems very well.  KNX was new for us, and they listened to our requirements and proposed a system that met and even exceeded those requirements in some respects whilst always maintaining a professional and positive outlook through the execution phase.  They continued to provide support as we learnt the new system after we moved into our new home.
