A bit about the inner workings of division building ltd.

Leon Kennedy the founder of the company has spent most of his life in the trade sector from a young age till now. Finishing his apprenticeship in his late teens then traveling the world working in construction throughout Europe in high end residential homes. From there building Sydney’s exclusive northern beach homes to then return and form the company here in NZ.

Some of the benefits of this is the direct link from the project management to the onsite workings as the team…small but very experienced in all sectors all share and collaborate trying to hold, quality, precision and craftsmanship in the highest regard. All while considering budget, timelines and transparency a must to the client.

We contracted Division Building Ltd for a major renovation of our 1930’s era house including an extension. We found Leon and his team great to work with delivering excellent build quality. Leon is great at listening to ideas as well as suggesting changes to details which improved the look and living spaces of the finished house. There were a number of surprises in the old house during the build but working with Leon we were able to stay within our budget and we are very happy with the overall outcome. We have before and after photos that might illustrate the build better than a reference. If you tie your website into LinkedIn I can provide my reference that way gives more authenticity.
