Drum Construction Limited is a Licensed Building Practitioner, specialising in high end home builds in Queenstown, New Zealand.
Mike Drum is a builder with exacting standards and a keen eye for detail which has helped him to successfully build and project manage a range of house builds predominantly in the high end. He engages with his clients from the very start of the project to ensure they are informed, happy and able to provide input. He likes nothing more than to build homes his clients are proud of.

With 12 years of building experience under his belt, Mike has been based in Queenstown where he runs his own business. He has a reputation for honesty and reliability and has built architecturally designed homes to a very high standard.

Mike’s philosophy is client first; his goal is to work with clients throughout their build so that the process is enjoyable and interesting for them.
