Easthaven Builders

What We Do:

New Builds:
Your idea and dream home made a reality. I work with bespoke designs and builds that may have complexity and character. New homes, minor units and residential units.

Easthaven Builders takes a special interest in the construction of bespoke new homes.
A supportive project management style coupled with a handpicked team of expert carpenters and experienced tradespeople will produce an impressive result. If you want a bespoke home of the highest quality that stands out from the pack find a good architect or we can recommend one to get the process moving.

Bungalow/Villa Renovations and Builds:
I add value to any villa or bugalow and will always stay in keeping with the existing style for a renovation or addition.

Renovations and Restoration:
Reclads, leaky homes, kitchen and bathroom renovations, timber flooring and hard landscaping. Excellence, whether on their own or part of a bigger building project.

David has a long and successful history of actively running and project managing large residential renovations over a 30 year period. A supportive project management style coupled with a handpicked team of expert carpenters and experienced tradespeople will produce an impressive renovation result.

Reclad:
David Holloway formed Reconstruct Ltd in 2004 and was Managing Director from 2004 to 2012. During this 8 year period Reconstruct Ltd reclad over 500 properties. It became a market leader and built an enviable reputation for the quality of its reclad projects. Many of these projects were terraced housing projects, apartments and schools as well as stand-alone houses. These days David runs a much smaller team that can undertake the recladding of stand-alone houses and small projects.

Property Maintenance:
Easthaven Builders are highly experienced in the field of property maintenance. We carry out general maintenance work to various entities including Knight Frank NZ Ltd and Extreme Entertainment Ltd. This work covers everything from minor work such as replacing door locks to more substantial renovations and repairs.
