Our Company had the pleasure of working with Anthony on various projects over the past 10 years or so. Anthony has always demonstrated a practical understanding of the build process, whilst maintaining the design intent of the project. Supervision and effective team management, together with prompt and informed decisions with regard to time and cost parameters were an element that has really stood out.

Anthony Wynne-Hoelscher has been practising as a qualified building designer in QLD for a number of years and has developed a strong portfolio of design - particularly in the area of sustainable housing. Anthony has good organisational skills, works collaboratively and has an excellent eye for detail especially where form follows function. He grasps the overall goal and construction outcomes of each project and works diligently with the client, suppliers, contractors and trades to achieve to most effective outcomes -both in terms of costs and aesthetics.

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Anthony Wynne-Hoelscher both as a client and a colleague on various projects in South East Queensland over the last eight years. Anthony’s approach to building design embodies a sound understanding of the design principles required to create beautiful and healthy living environments. He works collaboratively with his clients to arrive at design responses that are also energy efficient, functional and cost effective.

However, it is Anthony’s understanding of form that allows him to package these requirements into elegant and distinctive buildings and spaces. The clean lined external form of the buildings that Anthony designs are only possible through a clever rationalisation of the spaces within. When confronted with difficult design challenges it is Anthony’s careful consideration of the issues and his attention to detail that inevitably produces the right response without sacrificing the essence of the building.
