Kapiti born and bred, and with 19 years in the trade, company owner and lead builder Paddy has built strong relationships with both sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure that a high level of finishing is always presented at the end of any build project.
In addition to Paddy's experience and focus on quality, a special feature of Eller Construction is his 'right-hand man', his builder brother 'BJ' who shares his passion for quality and for building relationships with all parties involved in a project. As Paddy says, "two like-minded heads are better than one!"
As a Licenced Building Practitioner, Paddy understands and appreciates what is required to mesh together the regulatory requirements of a project with the end dreams and aspirations of the client; the goal is always to see the client smile and appreciate the work that has gone into providing the end result.
