We had our home built by Joels team and appreciated the help and guidance offered right from the start, right to the end. We started with several of our own designs and worked our way through them until we got the design exactly as we wanted it. Joel was able to offer his point of view and opinions on our preferences to help ensure that we had the right information to make the right choices for our home. Peter, the designer and architectural technician, was patient and diligent in listening to what we wanted, going through several revisions and plan changes with us. We are rapt with our home, Joel would be the first for us to call if we were to build another home.​

Joel and his team at Emerge Homes proved to be very helpful and knowledgeable with helping plan the renovation we are doing with them. We are really looking forward to getting the plans finalised and getting started. Thanks for your help Joel.

Had a garage/shed built to match existing house, it was built better than the house, we were constantly kept up to date with progress, costs were kept within the budget and definitely was on time. Staff are really professional and a very high standard of work was done, I highly recommend them for any sort of build, and will be getting them to do future things in the future.
