Being able to see the pools and spas on display, and having staff who listened to what we wanted to achieve, made the decision very easy. Installing a pool is a long process and a big investment and at times we had some doubts that we had made the right decision. "We love our Sunstone spa. We were worried that the massage jets would be too weak, but they are great & adjustable. Worried that it would be too shallow, but we can immerse ourselves fully. We were also worried that the heat pump would make it too hot/not hot enough since the temp is not adjustable, but the water stays at perfect temp, no matter how long we are in there for, max 2 hrs so far. Couldn't be happier."

"This is our first ever SPA and Pool. We couldn't get the pool that we wanted from Endless due to having an easement at the back of our home. If it wasn't for Joel we wouldn't be able to have the Pool and SPA the way we wanted.

Joel understood that we are getting a pool and spa for the fist time and took time to explain the process. Even if he couldn't help with the fiberglass pool he went above and beyond to find someone who will be able to get the Concrete pool and the Acrylic SPA. If its not for him we wouldn't be enjoying the SPA and the pool this summer.

Most of the concrete pool builders didn't like to install the Acrylic SPA They just wanted to concrete a square box and put some jets on it as it was the easy way out.

When Joel was unavailable how can i not mention the help and support of lovely Rachel. They just don't sell the SPA and say thats it, good luck. She really was making sure i have got the right information to give to the installer. They even let the installer to come to their warehouse couple of times to check dimensions and answer all the questions installer had.
