ESN Construction provides a wide range of commercial construction services ranging from refurbishments to complete new builds. Keeping buildings in their prime condition takes a lot of time and effort. Buildings aren't perfect. They grow old, companies hire more employee increasing their space requirements and in some cases, extra facilities need to be made. 

Businesses that want to renovate their building will try to maximise the space as much as possible. ESN Construction can assist with this by remodelling, expanding or restructuring their building. We also undertake large scale commercial projects such as new warehouses, purpose-built buildings and facilities as well as multi-level buildings. ESN Construction provides a wide range of industrial and civil construction projects including seismic strengthening and upgrades, bund tanks, retaining walls, live substations and one-off architectural projects. Seismic strengthing and upgrading is one area in which we specialize, having recently completed seismic upgrades for the Hauraki District Council, WEL Energy, Te Kuiti Railway Station & I-Site. We have completed numerous projects for the Ministry of Education. We carry out Police vetting prior to any workers or subcontractors commencing work on site. All projects carried out with the safety of the children being our main priority. Sites are completely fenced off and our health and safety are paramount. ESN Construction is Ministry of Education approved and can assist with any 5YA or 10YA projects for schools.

Roy began ESN Construction when he realised that he could create a company where it was a one-stop-shop so the client does not have to worry about anything. He has been a Registered Master Builder since 2004, a Site Safe Member and Licenced Building Practitioner. He enjoys fishing (a lot), golf (when he can) and watching rugby.

Doug is a qualified tradesman. He has over 30 years in the building industry. Has a varied knowledge of building and usually comes up with a solution to any problem.

ESN Construction is committed to health and safety and providing a safe and healthy place to work. ESN Construction has a strong positive attitude to maintaining the health and wellbeing of staff, incident prevention, hazard identification and workplace training.

ESN Construction is proud of its safety record, as our current Incident Summary will show. We are committed to provide the necessary resources, training and support required to ensure everybody working or visiting our sites remains safe at all times. Regular safety audits of our sites are carried out. It is important that all members of staff are safe at all times and as a result, we have had no reportable accidents, and any near misses are managed within the processes ESN Construction has in place. The Health & Safety at Work Act 2015 and Regulations are important pieces of legislation, which ESN Construction fully subscribes to in all working practices.

We currently have two properties available at North Point Estate, Rototuna. One is at 4 Waitihi Way (off Kapua Crescent) – we completed this 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 living in March 2019 and is available for purchase. We also have a property at 25 Kapua Crescent (Lot 46 on the plan shown), North Point Estate.
