We take clients through an insightful and transparent process from Development Application or Design, all the way through to final clean. Each project is highly tailored to accommodate the particular brief requirements nominated by clients. We begin our process by commencing a preliminary consultation that allows us to meet each of our clients.

From this, we can tailor a package inclusive of, where applicable, a scope of works, a detailed programme, a firm budget, detailed supplier information, product samples, and much more. This suite of information allows us to be as transparent as possible with our clients thus allowing you to make a valid and informed review whilst we further discuss the projects.

What's the best way to know how much my renovation will cost me?

Renovation quotes can vary from project to project and your project is unique to us. Each detail that can be clarified between the builder and client, will ultimately allow for a more detailed breakdown to be provided, thus ensuring you can have comfort knowing all project details have been incorporated. This allows the builder and client to therefore engage in a transparent relationship, which provides greater collaboration and progress towards a unique project.

I'm not sure how my finished product will look, is there any way to visualise this without an architect?

We deliver projects with a vast portfolio of delivery partners. For larger scale projects, consultants like architects and engineers would be provided. For smaller scaled projects, we have the ability to discuss with our interiors design team, and also engage artists who can deliver coloured 3D renders to suit the finishes you are proposing. This allows for a visual understanding of what is being provided, without the need to engage large scale design firms.

I am looking at starting a renovation, how would I know how long it will take?

Many of our Sydney construction and renovation projects are accompanied with a program that details all the information you will need to know. This program provides a high-level summary of which tasks will be occurring, their duration, along with the appropriate lead times of any material. This ensures that both the client and builder are taking a proactive approach to the project.

Why is it recommended to include a builder during the early stages of design?

We have found that involving a builder upfront during the design process can allow clients to obtain a clear gauge on what can be expected for a particular budget, and allow the constructability of particular items to be adequately designed around. This will avoid unforeseen items during the tender stage and can therefore provide a clearer picture of what can be expected of the final product.

How will I be kept up to date during the project?

Communication and relationships are a fundamental pillar that drive our projects. We ensure that you will be kept up to date through emails, phone calls, photos and the like. We ensure that all of our clients are taking the construction journey with us while we deliver amazing projects for each of our unique clients.
