Venny and the team at Euro Pools built our pool, spa, water feature, outdoor fireplace and Millboard deck about 18 months ago. It was a large job and challenging given the clearance down the side of our existing house was quite narrow. I have overseen the construction of a number of homes before but this was the first time we did a pool and I would rate Venny and the team right up there for communication and quality of work. We ran into a few issues and he was able to overcome these challenges drawing on his engineering background to figure things out.
He also helped coordinate the other trades and kept the job site tidy. Once commissioned we did encounter a few equipment and user errors and Venny was readily available to help with these. Finally I want to say that Venny was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with, which is not always the case in this industry.
