The Congregational Christian Church of Samoa hired Fair & Square Building Services Ltd to construct a new manse for our Minister and family [in Newton]. We had the recommendation of our architect and QS who advised that Fair & Square was a well-respected Construction Company in the Wellington District, that they were competitive in the small to medium project sector and are experienced low/medium rise construction builders and project managers. Their track record completing projects is very good. 

All this advice proved to be true.

Fair & Square provided advice during the design phase to ensure we got value for money in the products and subcontractors used, provided project updates every 3 to 4 weeks during the construction period, negotiated the delays and constraints of the first COVID Lockdown with minimal impact for the Church as the client.

Cannot recommend more highly. Galu and his team did a great job installing a new window, dealt with the council paperwork, and the team even entertained our then 3 year old who was very interested in the building process!

The work itself was excellent and they were friendly throughout.

Going through a comprehensive renovation was new territory and hugely significant for the Levin Free Church of Tonga. From the moment we met Galu, we knew our once in a life time project would be especially care for and guided by years of experience and expertise.
