Just received our two Milano Slider Junior fans in walnut/aged pewter with extra long extension rods. Arup was excellent to deal with - professional, helpful, and arranged for prompt interstate (WA) delivery. Fans look beautiful and can’t wait to get them installed. All round great service.

I’m on the other side of Australia, so dealing with a remote provider in Sydney does require some caution. Not with this company- efficient, excellent prompt delivery of our 4 fans and when I needed to return some unwanted parts they did not hesitate to accept them and quickly refund that amount of the purchase price. They have honesty and integrity.

The customer service from Arup is second to none. His selection and knowledge of ceiling fans are truly impressive. I've bought a few fans from the Waterloo Fans City shop over the years. Arup has been there a long time and is always very helpful. My latest fan purchase was about 3 months ago. I used the recommended installer Spark Master. At the time there was a small issue and they on the spot ducked back to the store to get replacement. Then just recently this fan started making a bit of odd noise. I emailed Fans City to ask for assistance and Arup replied to the email on a Sunday, immediately arranged for Spark Master to come out and the issue has been fixed.

We ordered 3 fans from Fan City and then found that one of the fans could not be installed by our electrician due to some wiring issues in our property (not related to the fan). Arup from Fan City was very helpful and refunded the fan straight away after we explained the situation. That's excellent customer service!
