Who we are
At Fast House Construction we build bespoke architectural homes that exceed the current traditional building standards in terms of insulation and structure.
Why Fast House Construction?
When we design and build, we think of optimum liveability and sustainability. This is why we choose to build with structurally insulated panels (SIPs).
Superior insulation & strength
Structurally insulated panels (SIPs) have high r-values which means superior insulation. They are airtight energy efficient homes, keeping interiors cool in the summer and retaining heat in the winter, this can significantly reduce your power bill! SIPs have high strength-to-weight ratio which means it is structurally sound.
It’s fast!
Building with SIPs is much faster than most timber homes. The construction method can save you a lot of time and money without compromising quality.
You can build with SIPs all year round, under any weather conditions. In addition, we use steel for interior framings. This means, unlike with some traditional stick-built homes, you do not need to wait for the timber to dry before installing the Gib. This saves a lot of time and money!
