Faulkner Construction Award-winning, trusted builders of homes designed by architects. When you build with Faulkner, you’re choosing more than a contractor. You’re choosing a committed partner - trusted by architects, clients, and project managers for nearly 50 years. We work across Auckland and Tauranga, delivering design-led homes that stand the test of time. We align early, ask the right questions, and protect design intent, from tender through to final handover. What we’re known for 1) Award-winning carpenters We employ and train our carpenters in-house. That’s how we keep quality consistent, and why our homes win awards. 2) Clarity in cost Every build includes a dedicated Project Financial Manager. Clear cost planning from the outset. No guessing. No surprises. 3) Leadership on site Our standards are upheld by The Craftsmen, a leadership group driving quality and culture on site. Behaviour matters. Preparation matters. Communication is non-negotiable. What we build Architectural homes We partner with leading architects to deliver complex builds with precision and pride. We build to honour the design intent. Renovations and restorations Award-winning renovations that respect what’s there, while delivering what’s next. We bring seamless integration and serious attention to detail. Design-led? So are we. Whether you’re an architect, a client, or a project manager - in Auckland, Tauranga or beyond - we’re here to make your plans come true.
