Communication
Before starting a job, we’ll meet with you to discuss your vision, deadlines and budget upfront.  Once the job is underway, we offer weekly site visits, regular contact via emails and phone calls and progress reports.  We guarantee you’ll hear back within 24 hours of phoning us if not sooner.  We guarantee to communicate transparently throughout, giving you the information you need to make well-informed decisions.

Follow Up
We offer a twelve-month maintenance period in case of any adjustments required after moving into your new home.
