Our Services

We are experts in residential and commercial projects, providing both interior and exterior painting, plastering, wallpapering and specialist coating services.

Our team of technicians is dedicated to quality work and unbeatable customer service

Residential Painting

We at Finesse Painting are passionate about our trade! We love what a quality paint job can do to the aesthetics and feeling inside of a home.

Our respectful, tidy and considerate painters are true professionals right from the onset of a project to completion. From rigorous preparation to sharp cutting in lines on the finish coat, we know how to produce an exceptional finish you will love.

Commercial Painting

Our commercial painting team can complete jobs of any size, from national scale projects involving multiple sites to one-off repaints. Some of our favourite projects have been the new Chatham Islands Museum, the Christchurch Band Rotunda, and the Marlborough Vintners.

Plastering

A quality painting job needs a good surface to start with. Offering a full interior plastering service, all our plastering is done in house, meaning our quality control begins right at the preparation of the surfaces to paint.

Maintenance

Prevention is better than cure! Why not give us a call for a free audit of your property?

We will come out to inspect, and then consult with you regarding cleaning, paint condition, and ongoing maintenance. Weather you have a small residential home, or in charge of a university,, we provide agreed open book rates, regular reporting and fast response times.

Communication

We believe clear and effective communication is vital for any successful project. This includes everything from working with quantity surveyors during the tender stage, to regularly updating project and site managers on our job progress.

We also work in well with other trades up or down stream from us to help the whole process run a smoothly as possible.

Quality prep work and materials

We complete the required prep work thoroughly, only use top shelf painting products and stick to any specifications we receive.

Cleanliness

We keep the jobsite tidy. This includes a daily site clean, and keeping all out materials out of the way in designated areas.

Health and Safety

We believe we are industry leaders in health and safety. We have a culture across the company of doing all we can to look out for each other on sites. We have clear processes in place to identify potential risks, deal and follow up with any site incidents, and continually train all our team across the country.

Our last year’s audit by the Resene EcoDecorator Programme inspector came back as 100% for our Health and Safety.
