"We commissioned Simon Irwin to manufacture and install our kitchen in our new home in Te Anau in 2021. Right from the outset, Simon was a real pleasure to deal with. He made what can be a really difficult exercise of designing a kitchen simple. Without imposing his opinion on the design of the kitchen, he would let us verbalise what we wanted, ask the right questions to get a complete specification and suggest options when we got stuck.
The result is that the design and specification of the kitchen came about really quickly. Simon's communication during the whole process was exemplary. He set realistic timeframes for delivery and he met them. If there were any issues, he was quick to communicate it with us, so we could deal with it promptly. He was always easy to contact if you needed to speak to him and responded to all our silly questions in a very timely and patient manner. The kitchen and the installation was of the highest quality.
