We collaborate with architects, designers, construction companies, and building owners to deliver fire safety design for low-rise buildings. And we work across most sectors, including education, commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and residential properties. Based in Christchurch and the West Coast, we support clients across the South Island.

Fire Designs Reports

In conjunction with our fire design reports we can carry out construction monitoring to CM2 level. This gives building owners the confidence a project has been completed to the consented fire design and in accordance with the building code.
We can provide oversight of the construction process in relation to fire safety systems with onsite visits at key stages of the build.
