Since its formation in 2008 First Urban has been engaged to deliver projects with completed values exceeding $2.5 billion.

Completed projects have included numerous residential/mixed-use towers, Commercial (CBD) Office Buildings, Retail Shopping Centres and Bulky Goods Retail Outlets.  

First Urban Directors John Nave and Paul Harris were responsible for overseeing the re-development of Melbourne's northern gateway (former Ansett & Qantas sites) into a vibrant lifestyle precinct with a combination of residential, retail, commercial and hotel uses and a completed value exceeding $800 million.
