Fit delivers innovative storage solutions for kitchens and homes to maximise space and workflow efficiency such as pull out kitchen waste bins and laundry baskets, drawer and cabinet organisers and soft close and push to open drawer and door systems.
All products have been comprehensively tested for durability and performance and are backed by warranty that lasts as long as the cabinetry the product is installed into.
We are 100 per cent dedicated to delivering intelligent, innovative, functional products and solutions backed with excellent, caring service and support.

We team with leading designers and manufacturers globally - such as VAUTH-SAGEL for kitchen storage hardware, AMBOS for wardrobe systems, KINGSLIDE for drawer systems and runners, DOMUS Line™ for LED lighting and SALICE for hinges and door systems - all of whom are at the forefront of kitchen technology.
Our TANOVA kitchen bin, laundry unit and ventilated drawer ranges are designed, developed and assembled right here in New Zealand by the Fit team. TANOVA laundry and drawer ranges, and a substantial portion of the kitchen bin range (models with 20L and/or 36L buckets/baskets), also holding New Zealand Made certification.

FIT's office and one distribution facility are based in Wellsford, an hour or so north of Auckland, with a second distribution centre and a showroom in Christchurch. We're Kiwi owned and operated and we have a robust team of more than 20 full time employees, with customer champions covering every area of New Zealand on a regular basis.

Company History
Our History
- 2005 - Managing Director, Lyndon Boakes, purchases a small hardware business in Auckland. Access Joinery Supplies is born.
- 2007 - Purchase of a small business manufacturing a simple kitchen bin system; the Tanova concept is launched.
- 2008 - 2011 - Tanova products undergo an intensive redevelopment process, with bins and buckets now sourced from a premium manufacturer in Italy.
- 2010 - Access Joinery Supplies outgrow their premises and move to new facility in Maungaturoto.
- 2010 - 2012 - Access Joinery Supplies, through innovation, sales team and new catalogues etc achieves exponential growth.
- 2011 - Access Joinery Supplies re-brands to become Access Group Ltd.
- 2011 - 2012 - A drawer system range is taken on and Tanova is re-developed to work with this, making Tanova a complete kitchen waste solution system.
- 2012 - Access Group takes over Rycam bringing on board, amongst many other products, Scilm profiles, Zipbolt and Ryfix connectors and Ferrari hinges.
- 2012 - 2013 - Having outgrown the Maungaturoto premises in just two years, Access Group move to new, much larger facility in Wellsford.
- 2015 - Access Group open a distribution facility in Christchurch to enable faster delivery and even better service to our fantastic South Island customers.
- 2016 - A full timeis appointment made to provide specialist focus and attention on specifiers such as designers and architects.
- 2017 - Launch of Tanova's ventilated drawer range following a consultative development process including designers, kitchen experts and wardrobe specialists.
- 2018 - Access Group becomes Fit; same warm and wonderful people, same fantastic product range, but with a fresh new name and look.
- 2019 - Tanova overhaul their premium ranges launching Tanova Designer Series for kitchen and laundry, including models compatible with LEGRABOX drawers. And Fit moves to a larger facility in Christchurch, having outgrown our first Mainland site.
- 2020 - Tanova develop their own 20L and 36L buckets and 36L basket and produce these items at home in New Zealand, enabling official New Zealand Made certification to be gained for all Tanova laundry models, any Tanova kitchen bin model with the 20L or 36L buckets. Tanova Ventilated Drawers also gain New Zealand Made certification.
- 2020 - Tanova launch a new range of kitchen bins and laundry units built on Simlead premium slimline drawers.
