We are thrilled with the outcome for St Alma.

For us the brief was to create a space that was truly unique, that could stand the test of time. Five foot one did a fantastic job by meshing this with some fresh elements that kept the space relevant while highlighting our beachside location.

 The public response has far exceeded our expectations in so many ways, six months since opening we are still operating at 95% occupancy. The most frequent comment by patrons after dining with us is they loved the ‘vibe’, for me this highlights the ability of Five Foot One to seamlessly integrate a number of different design elements to elevate the diners experience while they are in our venue, and keep them thinking about it long after. The restaurant has its own gravitational pull.

 Needless to say we are thrilled with the result, and can’t wait for the next one.
