A passion for people and quality craftsmanship paired with a love for unique, creative architectural design led founder Scott Fortune to start his practice.

Based between the Canterbury and Nelson/Tasman regions, Fortune Architecture is solely owned and operated by Scott, focusing on residential new builds and renovations nationwide.

Watching projects become disjointed as they exchanged hands inspired the creation of a company that leads clients from initial design through to completion of their project, ensuring they’re well informed and supported throughout the process.

Embarking on a renovation or new build project with Fortune Architecture ensures you’ll always work directly with Scott and your best interests will remain front of mind throughout the design and build process.

“We tried several other Architects before fortunately discovering Scott. He listened carefully to our vision, offered inspiring ideas and options and developed the concept into a fantastic design. Scott communicated with us continually and professionally all the way through and it was a pleasure working with him. His initial digital visuals were amazing. If you want an architect who listens to you, has great design skills with excellent communication and works to your budget Scott is the man for you!”
