This is the initial stage where Therese will meet with you to discuss your project and determine both your needs and your style.

Space Planning

Following the briefing stage, Therese will then get to work on a floor plan that best meets all your needs.

Design Concept

Once the floorplan has been developed, the next step is to put together a design scheme of inspiration ideas as well as finishes and fittings to present to you.

Architectural Drawings

As soon as the floorplan and overall scheme including all the individual fittings have been approved, the architectural drawings are then produced in order for the contractor to make your project a reality. This drawing package includes a wide spectrum of drawings such as a lighting plan, heating and cooling layout, electrical plan, finishes plan, elevations, structural drawings and joinery detailing.

Finishes and Fittings Specification

To accompany the drawing package, a schedule of finishes and fittings is required to outline everything from the product name and manufacturer of a specific tile to the type of handles on your doors.

Décor

Sourcing and selecting accessories and artwork is not always easy! Whether it be to compliment your new interior or to help style your existing one then Therese can assist with this also.
