Glenbuild started as a partnership in 1994, between father, Rob Glengarry, and son, Finn Glengarry, and has grown into a successful business with a team of people who take a huge amount of pride in created workplaces, learning environments and homes people can feel safe, comfortable and inspired in.

Finn has since taken over the family business in 2011 and continues to maintain the same comittment to quality and workmanship Glenbuild customers have always received. Glenbuild is still very much a family company that places a huge emphasis on trust and honesty in everything they do. During that time I have been fortunate to have worked on and managed some challenging and fun projects such as Britomart Train Station, Blacketts Building Restoration Project, Dannemora Retirement Village, Jeffares Residence, Whineray Residence and many more. I have enjoyed the unique challenges these projects have presented and I am proud of the way our team have responded to overcome them to achieve the highest standards. Residential (new and renovation)

GBL guarantee to keep you up to date through the entire building process so there are no hidden surprises

Here's how

1. We offer an open site policy
This is your home. So you must feel free to come and check out the progress any time you like.

2. We will hold fortnightly or weekly meetings
Our operations manager will hold fortnightly or weekly site meetings with you and the site foreman so you are informed of progress the entire time and to answer any questions you may have.

3. We will maintain good communication
We will follow up meetings with correspondence to make sure both parties are clear about what is going on.

4. We will keep you informed about your timeline
We will create and maintain a unique timeline for your job so you can see at any point in time when things are programmed for, including completion date.

5. We have an open book policy on charge up jobs
We are a very open and honest company. We set a charge up rate and margin percentage at the beginning of the job and you will receive a copy of every supplier and subcontractor invoice you are being charged.

6. We produce only the highest quality work
All GBL workers follow our 718 point quality assurance checks, so you can be confident that there will be no surprises with the quality of workmanship.

7. We use only reliable, quality subcontractors
GBL have been building and renovating since 1994 and in that time we have built up relationships with some expert subcontractors. All the subcontractors we use have been checked and approved by our operations manager. GBL accept only the highest standard of work from all our subcontractors.

8. We will do a final Inspection check
GBL will do a thorough inspection with you within 90 days of completion date. We will then put right any problems if any that you may have within 60 days.

9. We offer a 10 Year Master Build Guarantee
GBL offer a 10 year master build guarantee so you can continue to be secure in the knowledge that even after the building process if there was a problem to arise you are covered easily and reliably. But we also guarantee you won't need it.
