GOLDHAWK are specialists in the creation of exclusive luxury homes.We began as developers in 2004, with the vision of building high-end residential properties in Auckland’s most sought-after suburbs.We build architectural homes of the highest quality.

DESIGN & BUILD
Developing Luxury Homes in the Heart of Auckland
Building a new home can seem like a daunting task, but rest assured our professional team at GOLDHAWK will make it easy, guiding you through the process every step of the way. We will walk you through the entire process making it simple and effortless.
OUR PROCESS:
STEP 1 // LAND & CONSULTATION
A design & Build consultant will do a free site visit to discuss and advise on the feasibility of ideas and options.
STEP 2 // DESIGN, PLANS & BUDGET
Our architectural designer will prepare concept drawings to fit your brief, budget, site requirements and lifestyle. We also offer a free interior design consultation.
STEP 3 // BUILDING CONTRACT
Once the plans, quotation and addendum are approved we will prepare a building contract for you to sign.
STEP 4 // CONSENT LODGEMENT
Gold Hawk will complete working drawings and specifications to submit for Building Consent.
STEP 5 // CONSTRUCTION
Work will start onsite within two weeks of the Building Consent being issued.
STEP 6 // MOVE IN
Once completed and authorised you can take possession of your new home, with a Ten Year Master Builder Guarantee and Three Month Maintenance Warranty.
