Gray Building

Our mahi aims to fulfil our clients’ aspirations while helping to envision and unlock the potential that various local sites and differing perspectives offer. Whether you're building from the ground up or looking to enhance an existing home, we can help. With a wealth of experience in both Carpentry and the Construction Management industry. We pride ourselves on being great problem solvers, with a solutions orientated team that rises to any challenge. We can offer you guidance in optimising your new building site or configuring your Addition, Extension or Renovation, to fulfil your vision.

Being based in the small coastal town of Te Puaha o Waikato (Port Waikato), our focus is on sustainable building solutions within our local whenua (land) and enriching our community with building to the highest standard. We aspire to complement our area’s diverse landscape of rolling countryside, natural bush, winding rivers and the coastal settings of Aotearoa’s Westcoast. We are also passionate about supporting local initiatives and events within our community. Especially relating to our local Moana.
