From the time we started using  Alana's services for the design and drawing of our new home to the time those same drawings were presented to the local council for approval her service on our behalf has been courteous and professional. We have had the pleasure of working with Alana during our re-build process. Despite the restraints of a limited footprint, Alana came up with a concept for our re-build that transformed a dark little, badly designed, flat into a well-designed modern townhouse, maximising space using both creativity and practicality. Alana took an ambitious existing concept and turned it into consented plans. The concept came from an American Architect via an online architecture competition. She managed to modify the concept to work with New Zealand regulations as well as applying our own changes to it without losing any of the spirit of the design. She is fantastic to work with, always quick and clear with communication, her suggestions and input are always greatly appreciated. We have already recommended her to anyone considering any building project.
