Hatton Construction

We have got the essentials covered so your bank doesn’t ask you to add another thing to your list.  We have public liability and construction insurance through our trusted Apex insurance team and can provide the certificates needed.  Health and safety at the site is in hand with belonging to Hazard Co.  We are members of the Master Builders Association allowing us to offer the ten-year builders guarantee.

Our quotes are very comprehensive to allow peace of mind, the fixed price with monetary allowances means we have done everything in our power to price the entire brief as outlined, while allowing the client to have flexibility and awareness in making decisions on lighting, bathroom ware and so on. Only using provisional sums where earth could be variable despite geo tech reports, or items that are open to personal opinion and working closely with our trades to alleviate concern.

We build homes with a design and style to match your personality. You'll be able to enjoy every step of the process—and we'll be there for you along the way, making sure you're always comfortable and taken care of. Our team is friendly and likeable, and we've been building modern homes for 25 years now. We want to make sure you feel confident in choosing us as your construction company!
