We engaged Hillview Construction, on our Architects and Engineers recommendation,  to build 6 townhouses in Sherborne Street.  Shaun and the team were a delight to deal with. They understood right from the outset that we needed the build to be done quickly, smoothly, within budget and with a high level of quality.  They were also very pro-active and often made suggestions for enhancements or cost savings.  They take real pride in their workmanship and ensured their sub contractors met their high standards as well.  I would have no hesitation in recommending them and look forward to our next project together.

In October 2008 Shaun Campbell of Hillview Construction began the set out and construction of a new home in Governors Bay for my wife & I.

The site had its challenges with narrow access and a slight fall to the land making residential construction a challenge however making ours in particular a greater challenge.

Erring away from traditional construction materials our house comprised of large section structural beams and poured concrete. This was all handled on site because of logistical site difficulties where off site preparation would have made the project far easier.
The project of 276m² was completed in just over 8 months by an unbelievably  pro-active and seemingly tireless team of guys. Long days were the norm. Communication with Shaun was effortless and any on site decisions and inevitable client changes were considered, then undertaken without question.

Simply, i couldn't think to recommend any construction company ahead of using  Hillview and have advised so many people of their obvious capabilities.
