The Process
CHAT
Get in touch and tell us what you’re after. We are always happy to talk.
CONSULTATION
If you’ve already got plans, we can give you a quick analysis of how much your project is likely to cost and how long it will take to complete. If you need help deciding on the essentials, we can do that.
If you don’t have plans drawn up, we can put you in touch with architects, engineers and quantity surveyors who can help.
CONTRACT
Once you want to proceed with a more detailed quote, we can discuss what best suits your situation. We offer either a fixed price contract or work with you on an open book basis.
As a member of Certified Builders, we offer a detailed, easy-to-follow contract supported by New Zealand’s most comprehensive 10-year residential building guarantee, Halo.
CONSTRUCTION
For your construction you choose your level of involvement. We can be on hand all day everyday or update you once a fortnight. You decide.
Our project management service includes co-ordinating all the sub-contractors and material orders so that your job runs smoothly.
You can rest easy in the knowledge that our staff and our sub-contractors will always treat you and your property with respect.
COMPLETION
Once we reach practical completion and all the inspections have been successfully passed, we then compile all the necessary documents and submit them to council for the code of compliance certificate.
Only at this point is our work done and you can enjoy your new space.
