Housespec recently built our new home in Ivanhoe. The site had very narrow access, which some builders wouldn't even consider. Housespec was fabulous. They kept the site very clean, were considerate of the neighbours and did great job navigating through all the issues associated with Covid (supply, lockdowns etc). The quality of the build is very good - they clearly take pride in their work. They are always happy to talk through changes and suggestions and I found them to be very reasonable in this regard. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone considering a new build
